This class balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, these workouts promote the health and fitness of the whole person - mental, physical, and emotional. We will also use stability balls to drum and release our inner rock star! SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. No experience necessary. All levels of fitness. Join us for cardio drumming with slightly weighted Ripstixs. Ripstixs are available for use during class. Please bring a mat and water! *Personal Rip Stix are available to purchase for $20 payable directly to the instructor.

Rev up the heat and burn, baby burn. This class dials down the pace and cranks up the intensity by connecting strength, balance, and flexibility. Repetitive movements and empowering rhythms are paired to work your entire body. So you can expect to get strong and lean from head to toe... and leave renewed from the inside, out. Bring 1-3 lb weights (optional), yoga mat, and water *Free weights will not be provided at class.

Flashback to 1980 Aerobic Step then FAST Forward to Functional Step!! All NEW 45 minute class designed to increase your heart rate, muscle strength, strengthen your core and tone your arms and lower body. Increasing endurance and metabolism using a basic low rise step platform. Great music! Great challenging fun! Let’s kick start our Saturdays! Bring water and, hand towel (optional).

Join us for 30 minutes of POUND Unplugged. A Workout that blends high -intensity training with rhythmic breathing mindfulness and meditation, we’re able to sweat, release and boost our neurochemicals, while quickly settling back into a perfect, recharged and empowered state.
