Move to the rhythm in this Cardio Fitness class. Drumsticks, fitness balls and hands are all you need to bring fun back to fitness. Release stress and aggression while you sing and sweat. Anyone can do this class, there is no wrong or right way to drum. All equipment is included. Please bring water.

POUND is the fastest growing group fitness format in the world! Recently it was seen on the Today Show, The Doctors, Extra and, 4 NBC. This full body workout is a mix between workout exercises and drumming to amazing music to relieve stress. Participates will use ¼ lb Rip Stix designed to get you ripped while burning up to 900 calories per class! No experience is necessary. ALL levels of fitness will fall in love with this fun addictive workout.
This fitness program fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activates, kids will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT – ultimately building strength, confidence, and self-awareness.
